Relembro que este Split é totalmente Ambiental / Neoclassical / Folk e visa promover precisamente este lado de ambos os projectos que habitualmente praticam Pagan & Symphonic Black Metal. O trabalho é lançado pela também Russa NitroAtmosfericum Records em formato Pro-CDr e é limitado a 333 cópias. O custo do CD é apenas de 4€ (!) + 1€ (portes nacionais).

* Apesar do preço, o grafismo deste Pro-CDr é de grande qualidade gráfica, como podem ver na foto. Os CDs já vêm a caminho da Rússia, vamos lá a ver se recebo tudo bem... I remind that this Split is totally Ambiental / Neoclassical / Folk and aims to promote equally this side of both projects whom habitually practice Pagan & Symphonic Black Metal. The work is released by the also Russian NitroAtmosfericum Records in Pro-CDr format and is limited to 333 copies. The cost of the CD is of only 4€ (!) + 2€ (international shipping).

* Despite the price, the layout of this Pro-CDr is of great graphic quality, as you can see in the photo. The CD's have come from Russia, already, let's see if I get everything soon... The CD version of the Split between Antiquus Scriptum and the Russians Astarium, "Hymns To The Ancient Northland", to be released by the also Russian NitroAtmosfericum Records, is already at the factory and will see the light of day with the entry of March. I remember that this split is entirely ambiental and aims to raise awareness of the Ambient / Neoclassical / Folk veins of both projects, which usually are influenced by Pagan and Symphonic Black Metal... Outrora, Quando As Águas Choravam...", lançado em comunhão pela espanhola Negra Nit distro e a alemã Pesttanz Klangschmiede. Relembro que este trabalho é um CD / Compilação que é lançado em jeito de comemoração dos já longos 18 annos de carreira de Antiquus Sriptum e inclui os melhores temas do projecto desde a primeira demo de 2000, "In Pulverem Reverteris", até ao último álbum de originais, o "Ars Longa, Vita Brevis...", de 2013, contando com 5 (!) malhas novas, gravadas propositadamente para este Duplo CD. O disco custa 15€ + 1€ de portes (nacionais) e quem tiver interesse neste trabalho, pode enviar mensagem privada para mim directamente, ou para a caixa de entrada do FB de Antiquus Scriptum, ou ainda escrever para: antiquus_scriptum@yahoo.com. 

* Embora o CD tenha saído oficialmente hoje, tenho de esperar até 6ª Feira, ou até 2ª Feira da semana que vem para ter o CD em mãos. Once, When Waters Wept...), released in communion by the Spanish Negra Nit distro and the German Pesttanz Klangschmiede. I remind ye that this work is a CD / Compilation released in celebration way of the already long 18 years of Antiquus Sriptum career and includes the best themes of the project since the first demo of 2000, "In Pulverem Reverteris", until the last original album, the "Ars Longa, Vita Brevis..." from 2013, with 5 (!) new tracks, purposely recorded for this double CD. * The CD actually has come out officially today, but I have to wait until Friday, or even Monday next week to have the CD in hands. Venho aqui hoje divulgar que o split com os russos Astarium, "Hymns To The Ancient Northland", a ser editado em Março pela também russa NitroAtmosfericum Records, limitado a 300 copias em Pro CDr, sairá também em versão Pro Tape pela prestigiadíssima (no que toca a edições k7), Werewolf Promotion, da gélida e belíssima Polónia. Esta versão tape será do mais profissional que há, ou não fosse a Werewolf conhecida por editar edições em cassete simplesmente brutais a todos os níveis!! Esta sairá durante o corrente anno (ainda não há data certa) e será limitada a 100 cópias. Relembro que este split de Antiquus Scriptum & Astarium será na sua globalidade um trabalho de música Ambient / Neoclassical / Folk, com o intuito de dar a conhecer melhor a vertente ambiental destes 2 projectos, (habitualmente) influenciados pelo Symphonic Black Metal.

Split with Astrarium also on tape version!!

I come here today to announce that the split with the Russians Astarium, "Hymns To The Ancient Northland", that shall be release in March by the also Russian NitroAtmosfericum Records, limited to 300 copies in Pro CDr, will come out in Pro Tape version as well through the highly prestigious (in matter of k7 editions), Werewolf Promotion, from the cold and beautiful Poland. This tape version shall be in the most professional issue, or were not Werewolf known for the simply brutal editions on cassette at all levels!! This release shall be out during the current year (there is still no exact date) and is limited to 100 copies. I recall that this split of Antiquus Scriptum & Astarium is in its entirety a work of Ambient / Neoclassical / Folk music, in order to promote better the ambiental aspects of these 2 projects, (usually) influenced by the Symphonic Black Metal.

Este tema não será certamente novidade para alguns, pelo menos para aquele pessoal mais chegado ao projecto, mas será com certeza novidade para muitos não tão familiares aos apelos de Antiquus Scriptum... É um novo tema interlúdio, totalmente composto em cravo e agora finalizado pelo meu amigo Ricardo Vieira (R.V.), e produzido pelo seu irmão e meu velho amigo também, Paulo Vieira (Nyx Sludgedweller), produtor e habitual músico convidado em Antiquus Scriptum, a que baptizei de "Zagallos, Jardim De Falácias (Antifona Moderata ; Movimento II)". O jardim dos Zagallos existe na realidade e fica algures aqui na margem sul, sendo este um dos meus santuários de meditação e onde já passei e passo muito bons momentos de reflexão. É um solar pós-renascentista e a sua construção remonta ao século XVIII, sendo mandado construir em honra do rei D. João VI. É um jardim de uma beleza imensa, onde já tive experiências de amor, ódio, calma, paz, revolta e dor e até mesmo onde um amigo meu já pôs termo à sua vida enforcando-se numa das centenárias árvores deste jardim... Para ele e para todos vós, aqui fica este "Zagallos, Jardim De Falácias (Antifona Moderata ; Movimento II)", que figurará pela 1ª vez em CD no próximo lançamento, "... Antiquus Scriptum: "Zagallos, Jardim De Falácias (Antifona Moderata ; Movimento II)"

Greetings from the Garden of Fallacies! This theme will certainly not be new to some, at least for the ones closest to the project, but will certainly be new to many not so familiar to the Antiquus Scriptum's appeals... It's a new interlude theme, composed entirely in harpsichord and now finished by my friend Ricardo Vieira (R.V.), and produced by his brother and also my old friend, Paulo Vieira (Nyx Sludgedweller), producer and regular guest musician in Antiquus Scriptum, which I baptized of "Zagallos, Jardim De Falácias (Antifona Moderata ; Movimento II)" = "Zagallos, Garden Of Fallacies (Antifona Moderata ; Moviment II)". The Garden of Zagallos does really exists and is somewhere here on the south bank, which is one of my meditation shrines and where've been very good times and spend a lot of reflection. It is a post-Renaissance manor and its construction dates back to the XVIII century, and had built in honor of King D. João VI. It is a garden of an immense beauty where I had experiences of love, hate, calm, peace, anger and pain and even where a friend of mine has ended his life hanging himself in one of the ancient trees of this garden... To him and all of ye, here is this "Zagallos, Jardim De Falácias (Antifona Moderata ; Movimento II)", which shall figure for the 1st time on CD in the next release, "... Outrora, Quando As Águas Choravam..." (... Once, When Waters Wept...), to be unleashed in January 2016 by the German label Pesttanz Klangschmiede, in communion with the Spanish Negra Nit Distro and limited to 666 copies in a double professional CD. Outrora, Quando As Águas Choravam...", feito também este pelo Ricardo Vieira (R.V.) em piano e produzido pelo seu irmão Paulo Vieira (Nyx Sludgedweller), produtor e habitual músico convidado em Antiquus Scriptum. Intitula-se: "Atlântica (Adagio In Lacrime ; Movimento III)" e é dedicado a esses mares nunca dantes navegados de outrora e às antigas proezas lusitanas do período das descobertas, em 1500. Este tema figurará, como já disse, pela 1ª vez em CD no próximo lançamento, "... Outrora, Quando As Águas Choravam...", a ser editado em Janeiro de 2016 pela editora alemã Pesttanz Klangschmiede​, em parceria com a espanhola Negra Nit distro​ e limitado a 666 cópias num Duplo CD profissional. I am here today on this autumnal night of December, with pleasure, of course, to present ye the brand new interlude theme, "Tertúlia Das Bruxas Dançantes (Adagio Allegro ; Movimento IV)" = "Tertulia Of The Dancing Witches (Adagio Allegro ; Moviment IV)", fully made by my longtime friend and companion in arms, Ricardo Vieira (R.V.), and produced by his brother and also my old friend, Paulo Vieira (Nyx Sludgedweller), producer and regular guest musician in Antiquus Scriptum. This theme is completely acoustic, there are no midis here, and was totally written and recorded by Ricardo Vieira using Folk instruments like flute, jambe, acoustic guitar, tambourine and shakers. Será uma Pro Tape Dupla limitada a 100 exemplares (de cada) e ainda não há mês concreto de edição previsto para este lançamento, mas a editora garante que será logo que possível durante o vindouro anno de 2016. Antiquus Scriptum: "... Outrora, Quando As Águas Choravam..." with (Double) Tape edition through the Portuguese Satanhades Productions!!

Greetings Snow Wizards! It's with great pleasure that I come to announce that the Best Of / Compilation of Antiquus Scriptum that shall already include new themes never released before, "... Outrora, Quando As Águas Choravam..." (... Once, When Waters Wept...), to be released on double CD in January 2016 by the German label Pesttanz Klangschmiede, in collaboration with the Spanish Negra Nit Distro and limited to 666 copies, will also have a tape edition through the Portuguese Satanhades Productions. It will be a Pro Double Tape limited to 100 copies (of each) and there's still no concrete month foreseen for the edition for this release, but the label ensures that it shall be as soon as possible during the forthcoming year of 2016. I naturally thank to Paulo Mira and Carlos Fernandes of Satanhades for the collaboration and to all those whom purchase this double cassette! Only for trve fucking maniacs of tapes!! Shall be officially out on CD & Digipack tomorrow, December 10, the tribute album of Antiquus Scriptum, "Recovering The Throne (Tribute Album)", by the German label Pesttanz Klangschmiede, in a print run of 1.000 copies in standard jewel case CD format + 100 copies of a limited edition in Deluxe Digipack. Este clip promocional, ao contrário dos outros, não foi legendado, para assim respeitar a vontade dos próprios Gorgoroth em não verem as suas letras expostas (muito menos na Internet!), e assim conservar toda a sua mística. I recall that will be made 1.000 copies in professional CD + a limited edition of 100 copies on deluxe digipack, and this will also work on pro tape by the South Korean Fallen-Angels Productions, in a small wooden box which shall include 6 pro tapes with all the discography of Antiquus Scriptum. The distribution will be massive and global, in a cooperation of steel between the German Pesttanz Klangschmiede and the Lusitanian Eye Of Horus Distribution.
