O 1º, 'A Última Batalha', já aqui foi anunciado, e incluirá 3 temas novos que estão a ser feitos cordialmente pelo Gustavo Vieira (Helskir) e este, 'Silentium In Foresta', terá também um tema novo, que podem ver no vídeo abaixo, feito (o teclado) amavelmente pelo próprio Ewan, de Art imperial e especialmente cedido a Antiquus Scriptum, e onde estou a cargo do conceito, samples & mistura / produção. Art imperial reunirá, tanto num como noutro trabalho, o melhor material da sua vasta e soberba discografia, que diga-se, é um must! I step to inform the folks whom follows my project, that there will be not 1 split with Art imperial (Bra), in 2018, but 2 (ambiental) splits in A5 digibook format, next year!! The 1st, 'A Última Batalha', has already been announced here, and shall include 3 new songs being cordially made by Gustavo Vieira (Helskir) and this one, 'Silentium In Foresta', will also have a new theme, which can be seen in the video below, done (the keyboards) kindly by Ewan, of Art imperial, himself, and especially assigned to Antiquus Scriptum, and where I am in charge of the concept, samples & mix / production. Art imperial shall bring together, in both works, the best material of its vast and superb discography, which, it must be said, is awesome! I'll just pass to say that I already have in my possession the CD's related to the split with the Swedes, Draugûl, "Den Nordiske Sjel Lever I Meg (A Tribute To The Gods)", recently released by the German, Wolfmond Production, limited to 300 copies in Pro-CDr format. The split is made entirely of well known Metal versions to the general public, some of them never released before and costs only 6€ + 2€ (International shipping worldwide). * This split also has tape edition by the Ukrainian Depressive Illusions Records, limited to 66 copies, but the interested folks must please have to wait + a little more for this edition... Greetings from the Northern Silences! Not to break this fertile torrent of issues that Antiquus Scriptum is having and already thinking about the forthcoming year, I am pleased to announce that the German Wolfmond Production shall release also there more for the Spring 2017 (after the split with Xerión), a split CD between the Swedish Draugûl and my humble Antiquus Scriptum. The split will be named: "Den Nordiske Sjel Lever I Meg (A Tribute To The Gods)" (The Nordic Spirit Lives In Me...) and shall be released in Pro-CDr format (with very good quality!) limited to 300 copies. It will be a work that will bring together close to 40 min. only of covers of both projects, including new versions that are being recorded at the moment and shall be also revisited older versions that Draugûl & Antiquus Scriptum have done throughout their careers... Greetings from the Theatre of Dreams! I have the honor and pleasure to announce that Antiquus Scriptum will share a split CD with the Galicians Xerión, which is scheduled for January 2017. The work shall be named: "... Parábolas, Fantasías & Quimeras... (Unha Alianza Lusitana e Galega de Honra e Sangue)" *(... Parables, Fantasies & Chimeras... (An Lusitanian and Galician Alliance of Blood and Honor)" and will be as the name indicates, a Celtiberian communion in honor of our Galician and Lusitanian ancestors, whom lived in harmony and together fought the Romans for the honor and dignity of a free Iberian Peninsula, for more than 2.000 years ago... The CD version of the Split between Antiquus Scriptum and the Russians Astarium, "Hymns To The Ancient Northland", to be released by the also Russian NitroAtmosfericum Records, is already at the factory and will see the light of day with the entry of March. I remember that this split is entirely ambiental and aims to raise awareness of the Ambient / Neoclassical / Folk veins of both projects, which usually are influenced by Pagan and Symphonic Black Metal... Venho aqui hoje divulgar que o split com os russos Astarium, "Hymns To The Ancient Northland", a ser editado em Março pela também russa NitroAtmosfericum Records, limitado a 300 copias em Pro CDr, sairá também em versão Pro Tape pela prestigiadíssima (no que toca a edições k7), Werewolf Promotion, da gélida e belíssima Polónia. Esta versão tape será do mais profissional que há, ou não fosse a Werewolf conhecida por editar edições em cassete simplesmente brutais a todos os níveis!! Esta sairá durante o corrente anno (ainda não há data certa) e será limitada a 100 cópias. Relembro que este split de Antiquus Scriptum & Astarium será na sua globalidade um trabalho de música Ambient / Neoclassical / Folk, com o intuito de dar a conhecer melhor a vertente ambiental destes 2 projectos, (habitualmente) influenciados pelo Symphonic Black Metal.

Split with Astrarium also on tape version!!

I come here today to announce that the split with the Russians Astarium, "Hymns To The Ancient Northland", that shall be release in March by the also Russian NitroAtmosfericum Records, limited to 300 copies in Pro CDr, will come out in Pro Tape version as well through the highly prestigious (in matter of k7 editions), Werewolf Promotion, from the cold and beautiful Poland. This tape version shall be in the most professional issue, or were not Werewolf known for the simply brutal editions on cassette at all levels!! This release shall be out during the current year (there is still no exact date) and is limited to 100 copies. I recall that this split of Antiquus Scriptum & Astarium is in its entirety a work of Ambient / Neoclassical / Folk music, in order to promote better the ambiental aspects of these 2 projects, (usually) influenced by the Symphonic Black Metal.

Antiquus Scriptum: Split with The Sorcerer (2nd edition) out there!!

Greetings from the crypt of the wizards! The reissue of the split of Antiquus Scriptum with The Sorcerer, "Enterrai Os Vivos E Cuidai Dos Mortos", is out there this time by the label from Catalonia Negra Nit Distro. The reissue is over 100 copies more in Pro CDr format that is being sold for 10€, including this value the postage worldwide. The saga continues until the final battle. Strength & Honor! Split of The Sorcerer + Antiquus Scriptum out in the first week of May!!!!!

The split CD between The Sorcerer + Antiquus Scriptum named: "... Enterraí Os Vivos E Cuidaí Dos Mortos...", shall come out in the first week of May through the German label Runenstein Records in Pro-CDr format limited to 100 copies. The work brings together for the first time in CD the both demos of The Sorcerer: "Through The Valley Of Shadows" of 1997 & "The Second Coming..." of  2002 + themes of the early career of Antiquus Scriptum and as usual will cost 10 Euros.
